Birrahlee is currently in the process of sending out offers for places in 2020. This process can take until the end of the year to finalise, however the majority of places are finalised by end of September.
All offers are made online to the ‘primary contact’ email address – please ensure this is correct and includes a mobile number.
If you are on our waitlist and haven’t heard from us, as a first step please check your ‘junk/spam’ email folder, and then if you haven’t heard from us by mid-September please call the office to follow up.
This period during enrolments is a very busy time at Birrahlee – please avoid calling the office to ask where you sit on the waitlist before mid September. Any queries with regards to current offers however please call.
Welcome to Birrahlee Preschool
Birrahlee Preschool Lane Cove has been providing preschool education to the Lane Cove community since 1958. As a community-based not-for-profit organisation, we aim to provide valuable initial experiences and guidance to preschool children aged 3–5 in a safe, friendly and happy environment.
We provide two-day and three-day programmes, which offer a wide range of stimulating activities within the security of a daily routine.
The general and specific needs of the children are included in the programme, embracing their social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs. This is achieved in a warm, caring environment.
